Inspections and estimates offered through this site are provided as a courtesy and for informational purposes.
The roof replacement cost calculator on this site is an estimating tool only. It produces a rough range from the limited information you enter, using general assumptions about typical homes and current material costs.
A calculator result is not a quote, a bid, or an offer, and we are not bound by it. It does not account for the actual condition of your roof, decking or structural repairs, roof pitch and access, layers requiring removal, ventilation, flashing, permits, code upgrades, or the materials you select. We are not an insurance company, an insurance adjuster, or a public adjuster, and we do not negotiate claims on your behalf or provide insurance advice. All coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance carrier. You remain responsible for your policy obligations, including any deductible.
