What happens if damage is found during a scheduled inspection?

If Douglas Construction identifies damage or areas of concern during a scheduled inspection, we will document the findings in your inspection report and provide a repair recommendation. Minor repairs may be addressed during the same visit depending on your plan terms. Larger repairs will be quoted separately so you can make an informed decision.
